Margo
Schwab
has
been a social columnist in San Diego for 30 years. She is also an avid donor, participant
in charities. She has participated by surfing
and photographing for the John & Rebecca
Moores UCSD Cancer Center, modeling for the
Make A Wish Foundation, modeling for the San
Diego Opera, modeling for the Vista Hill Foundation,
waitressed for D.Z. Akins to benefit San Diego's
Hebrew Elders, riding a waverunner from Oceanside
to Mission Bay for the Muscular Dystrophy
Association, modeling for Ordinary Miracles, been a part of a celebrity tasting menu panel for the American Heart Association,
modeling for Children's Hospital, modeling
for the Helen Woodward Animal Center and emceeing
fashion shows for charity. Margo has also
contributed surf lessons to local charities
including the Rebecca and John Moores UCSD Cancer Center, Bishop's School,
La Jolla High School, Children's Hospital,
Make A Wish, Multiple Scelerosis Society,
St. Jude's Hospital and more!
Margo
is proud to have appeared in Crimestopper
re-enactment televison segments to help put
the bad guys where they belong!
Margo enjoyed teaching surfing
before she was injured.
Margo
has modeled in the International Swim and
Actionwear Market (ISAM) show at the Playboy
Mansion and at the Los Angeles Natural History
Museum. Margo has modeled for Nikon,
Baywatch, Carlsbad Company Stores and a host

Margo's
photography started with her first visits
to Kenya's game parks in the early 80's. from
there Margo has been a high profile social photographer
and sometimes fashion photographer.
As
a journalist, Margo has enjoyed field producing
for shows on "Hawaii, the North Shore and
It's Lifestyle," "Napa Valley Wine & Food,"
"Skiing in France," "Verbier, Switzerland
& Avalanche Safety," and producing and hosting
Discover San Diego segments: "Fun, Romantic
and Very Inexpensive Things to Do in and Around
San Diego," "Millenium Entertaining Tips,"
& "Junior Seau."
Margo
has appeared on the local news channels in
addition to the feature film STEP INTO LIQUID,
Discover San Diego, (co-produced and hosted)
Sourthern California Cuisine with Chef Bernard,
The Chef Larry Cuisine Show, Eye on L.A.,
Baywatch and .........early 2001, she was
worldwide on the BBC and The Travel Channel's
special, California Girls.
